The story that led me to you
Like all good stories, mine has many chapters, or what I call ‘lily pad moments,’ that led me exactly where I am today.
It started in my mid-twenties when I was living in London and reached a point of burnout and exhaustion. Little did I know at the time, but with the energies of my soul contract, I am sensitive to overwhelm and had to learn how to put up my boundaries - something I definitely didn’t know how to do then!
In search of answers, I discovered a beautiful holistic therapy called Kinesiology. Not only did it nurture me physically, but it also supported me emotionally.
The biggest gift was that it helped me release a block around feeling worthy of love, leading to wonderful relationships with others and, most importantly, with myself.
This experience led me to train as a Kinesiology practitioner in 2017. I realised that I wanted to help others understand the deep emotional subconscious beliefs that might be holding them back in life.
This decision set me on the incredible path that I’ve been following for the last seven years.
The magic that unlocked my purpose
As I began to expand my horizons, I discovered and trained in Divine Healing and Soul Contract Reading. Together, these practices helped me heal deeply, and instilled a powerful self-awareness within me that continues to transform my reality.
As I continue to release what’s holding me back, I feel life supporting me, allowing me to relax more deeply into who I am and experience far greater self-acceptance, love, ease, and abundance in my life.
As a Projector in Human Design, you won’t see me too often on social media. Instead, I focus on writing blog posts and creating videos for my YouTube channel, which feels much more aligned with my energy.
In addition to working with clients, I've also had the great joy of spending several years working alongside Nicolas David Ngan, the Amazon #1 best-selling author of Your Soul Contract Decoded, at the Center for Conscious Ascension.
